Payment Regulations
Below you will find detailed information regarding donations to the League of Superheroes Foundation.
Payment Methods
The website may offer electronic payments. Available payment methods include:
- Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro
- Online payments
- BLIK mobile payments
The website may offer recurring electronic payments through recurring payment orders allowing regular charges to the User's payment card account at times and amounts agreed upon between the User and the non-governmental organization.
Payment Processing
The entity providing online payment processing services is:
National Payment Integrator S.A.
Payment Refunds
In the event that a refund is necessary for a transaction made by a donor using a payment card, the recipient will refund to the bank account associated with the Donor's payment card.
🔄 Right to donation refund
Donors have the right to request a refund of their donation within 7 days of making it.
To obtain a refund, you must:
- Send an email to: aleksandra@ligasuperbohaterow.pl
- Include in the subject line: "Donation Refund"
- Provide information: first and last name
- In case of donation to bank account: account number and transaction confirmation
The payment, after deducting transfer costs, will be refunded within 7 business days from the date the request is received by the Foundation.
Complaints
📏 Filing a complaint
Every User has the right to file a complaint regarding matters related to the Portal's operation.
Complaints should be submitted:
